時間過得很快，公司上市已經六年了，2024年也已經過去一半。在全體同仁的辛勤付出和不懈努力下，公司發(fā)展越來越好，各方面的成績有目共睹。在此，我謹代表管理層，向大家表示最誠摯的感謝，大家辛苦了!

Time flies.It's been six years since our companywent public,and half of 2024 has already passed.Thanks to the hard work and relentless efforts of allour colleagues,the company continues to developpositively,with achievements evident to all.Onbehalf of the management,we extend our sincerestgratitude to everyone;your efforts are trulyappreciated!

目前，一場席卷全球的Al競賽正在如火如荼進行，我們與全球最頂級的客戶攜手站在一起，成為AI產業(yè)發(fā)展的重要推動者之一。毫無疑問，AI已經成為公司未來發(fā)展的核心驅動力，“讓AI點亮我們的未來”,成為一家全球領先的“AI驅動型企業(yè)”,是我們要繼續(xù)堅持的發(fā)展方向。

Currently,a global Al competition is in full swing.Westand alongside the world's top-tier clients asoneof the key drivers of Al industry development.Undoubtedly,Al has become the core driving forcefor our company's future growth.“Iluminating OurFuture with AI"and becoming a“globally leadingAl-driven enterprise”remain our persistentdevelopment direction.

然而，科技創(chuàng)新永無止境，市場發(fā)展瞬息萬變，我們遠不能滿足現(xiàn)狀。沒有最好，只有更好!“AI+”是千載難逢的機遇，讓我們攜手同心，與時間競速，以AI為核心競爭力，加速推動構建新質生產力，一定能為工業(yè)富聯(lián)譜寫輝煌新篇章!

However,technological innovation knows nobounds,and markets evolve at breakneckspeed.We cannot afford to rest on our laurels.There is no 'best'-only 'better'!"Al+"presents aonce-in-a-millennium opportunity.Let us joinforces and race against time,leveraging Al as ourcore competitive advantage.By accelerating thedevelopment of new productive forces,we willundoubtedly pen a glorious new chapter for Fii!

如何把握產業(yè)發(fā)展的巨大機遇，應對未來的不確定性風險?我想以下幾點對我們接下來的半年甚至未來幾年都至關重要：

How can we seize the enormous opportunities inindustrial development and address futureuncertainties?I believe the following points arecrucial for the next half-year and even the comingyears:

首先，做強“AI產品”,鞏固“雙龍頭”地位。一方面，全球掀起AI算力中心的建設競賽，拉動AI服務器等算力及交換機等設備的加速升級。另一方面，AI正在加速從云端走向邊緣終端，AIPC正來勢洶洶，AI手機的風帆也已經開啟，Al在智能終端的應用亦如江水浪潮滾滾而來。我們要牢牢抓住這一歷史機遇，不斷鞏固云計算和手機機構件“雙龍頭”領軍地位，持續(xù)引領行業(yè)發(fā)展。

First,strengthen"Al product"and consolidateour "Dual market dominance"position.On onehand,there's a global "arms race"for AI computingpower,driving the accelerated upgrade of Alservers and other computing equipment.On theother hand,Al is rapidly moving from the cloud toedge terminals.AI PCs are emerging strongly,theera of Al smartphones has begun,and the wave ofAl applications in smart terminals is rolling in.Wemust firmly grasp this historic opportunity,continuously reinforce our leading position in cloudcomputing and mobile device components,andpersistently lead industry development.

其次，深耕“AI智造”,加速構建新質生產力。以Al技術推動智能制造的轉型升級，是我們一直努力探索的事業(yè)。其中最具代表性的，是我們打造的9座世界級“燈塔工廠”。推動使用Al的目的不是為了替代人，而是怎么樣能夠幫助人把工作做得更好。堅持走數(shù)字化、自動化、智能化和機器人化的“四化”道路，這是我們加速構建新質生產力的核心。

Second,delve deepinto "AISmartmanufacturing"and accelerate the construction of newproductive forces.Using Al technology to drive thetransformation and upgrade of intelligentmanufacturing has been our consistent exploration.Most representative of this are our nine world-classLighthouse Factories.The purpose of promotingAl use is not to replace humans,but to help peoplework better.Adhering to the path ofdigitalization,automation,intelligence,and robotization is thecore of our acceleration in building new productiveforces.

第三，融合“Al+ESG”,創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式。提到新質生產力，一定是環(huán)境友好型、資源節(jié)約型的生產力，發(fā)展新質生產力客觀上也是發(fā)展綠色生產力。這與我們踐行ESG理念，堅持可持續(xù)的綠色發(fā)展道路不謀而合。Al在這一過程中同樣大有可為，比如打造更加高效節(jié)能的工業(yè)運營模式、加速發(fā)展綠色算力、引入AI助力能碳管理等。技術創(chuàng)新是我們實現(xiàn)綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關鍵。

Third,integrate"Al+ESG"and innovate sustainabledevelopment models.When we talk about newproductive forces,we mean environmentallyfriendly,resource-saving productivity.Developingnew productive forces objectively meansdeveloping green productivity.This aligns perfectlywith our practice of ESG principles and commitmentto sustainable green development.Al has greatpotential in this process,such as creating moreefficient and energy-saving industrial operationmodels,accelerating the development of greencomputing power,and introducing Al to assist inenergy and carbon management.Technologicalinnovation is key to achieving our green andsustainable development.

第四，培養(yǎng)“Al+人才”,筑牢公司發(fā)展基石。不管Al技術如何發(fā)展，起決定性作用的永遠是人。AI時代對人才的要求，并不是都要成為程序員或者數(shù)據(jù)科學家。對大部分人來說，更多的是學習如何將AI作為工具，運用到日常工作當中，優(yōu)化決策，提高效率。希望大家擁抱變化，積極學習，以適應未來的發(fā)展。公司也將加大資源投入，幫助大家提升自我，一起讓Fii變得更有Al。

Fourth,cultivate "Al+talent"to build a solidfoundation for company development.No matterhow AI technology develops,people will alwaysplay the decisive role.The requirements for talent inthe Alera don't mean everyone needs to become aprogrammer or data scientist.For most people,it'smore about learning how to use Alas a tool in dailywork to optimize decision-making and improveefficiency.I hope everyone will embrace change,actively learn,and adapt to future developments.The company will also increase resource investmentto help everyone improve themselves and make Fiimore Al-capable together.

奧運會馬上就要舉行了，最后，我想借用奧林匹克格言向大家提幾點期許：
