TLV62569器件是一款同步降壓DC-DC轉(zhuǎn)換器,專門針對高效和緊湊型解決方案進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。該器件集成的開關(guān)能夠提供高達(dá)2A的輸出電流。
在中等負(fù)載或重載條件下,該器件運(yùn)行在脈寬調(diào)制(PWM)模式下,開關(guān)頻率為1.5MHz。在輕載情況下,該器件自動進(jìn)入節(jié)能模式(PSM),從而在整個負(fù)載電流范圍內(nèi)保持高效率。關(guān)斷時,流耗減少至2μA以下。
TLV62569的輸出電壓可通過一個外部電阻分壓器進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。內(nèi)部軟啟動電路可限制啟動期間的浪涌電流。此外,還內(nèi)置了諸如輸出過流保護(hù),熱關(guān)斷保護(hù)和電源正常輸出等其他特性。該器件提供SOT23和SOT563兩種封裝。
