大功率電弧加熱器電源的設計研究:研究了63MW 等級的大功率不電弧加熱器交直流電源的主電路設計和控制策略。提出了一種相移疊橋組合晶閘管整流主電路結構，使得該電源輸出直流電壓從1kV 到21kV 的不同工況時，其輸入端的功率因數不小于0.9，且高功率時THD 小于5%。根據主電路相移疊橋結構的特點，提出了一種非線性反饋控制器和前饋控制器相結合的復合穩流控制策略，穩流精度能夠達到0.1%。實驗結果表明，相移疊橋組合晶閘管主電路結構達到了電源電能質量設計指標；采用復合穩流控制策略后，穩流精度不僅能夠達到設計指標，而且可以去掉主電路中的穩流電阻，從而減小了電源系統1.8MW 的電阻熱耗。
Abstract : An AC/DC converter and its control strategy for 63MW high power arc heater is investigated. A new main
circuit configuration named phase-shift bridge cascaded multiplex is proposed in this paper. This new configuration enables
higher power factor more than 0.9 and lower THD distortion less than 5% at high power condition for AC side of the
converter at conditions various from DC 1kV to DC 21kV output voltages. A kind of current stabilizing control scheme
combined nonlinear feedback and feedforward Based on characteristic of the proposed AC/DC converter configuration. Upon
this control scheme, the stabilized current precision reaches 0.1%. The results of the experiment indicates that the phase-shift
bridge cascaded multiplex AC/DC converter satisfies the requirement of the power quality and current stabilized precision.
As the benefit of the current stabilizing control scheme for the AC/DC converter is the stabilizing resistor could be saved which will dissipate 1.8MW power loss in thermal conversion .
