摘要: ST 的SN250 是單片ZigBee/802.15.4 解決方案，它集成了和IEEE 802.15.4 兼容的收發(fā)
器以及16 位XAP2b 微處理器。其集成的接收通道濾波允許和現(xiàn)有2.4GHz 頻段內(nèi)的其它通
信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如藍牙和IEEE 802.11g 共存。它所集成的穩(wěn)壓器、VCO、環(huán)路濾波器以及功率放大
器使得外接元件降到最低。本文給出了SN250 的主要特性、應(yīng)用范圍、典型應(yīng)用電路圖，并介紹了一種基于SN250 的無線數(shù)據(jù)終端應(yīng)用設(shè)計。

The Wireless Networking Chip SN250 Based on Zigbee and Its Application

Abstract ： The SN250 is a single-chip solution that integrates a 2.4GHz ， IEEE
802.15.4-compliant transceiver with a 16-bit XAP2b microprocessor。The integrated receive
channel filtering allows for co-existence with other communication standards in the 2.4GHz
spectrum such as IEEE 802.11g and Bluetooth。 The integrated regulator, VCO, loop filter, and
power amplifier keep the external component count low。 This article has given the SN250’sprincipal characteristic, the application scope, the application circuit diagram ，and it also has introduced an application design of the wireless DTE using SN250 。
