本文描述了以AT89C5131 為核心，配合其它相關(guān)功能芯片對閥門電動執(zhí)行裝置進行的智能化設(shè)計。和傳統(tǒng)舊式閥門電動執(zhí)行裝置相比，本智能閥門電動執(zhí)行裝置具有更優(yōu)良的故障處理和報警機制、更友好的人機界面和更先進的總線通訊能力。文中介紹了電動執(zhí)行裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理和系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計，尤其介紹了AT89C5131 的性能、高可靠性的相位檢測和相位保護數(shù)字電路以及實用的壓力傳感器外圍電路。對該智能閥門電動執(zhí)行裝置的性能進行了檢測，并模擬了數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)顯示、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、抗干擾、故障報警等功能，證明了該智能閥門電動執(zhí)行裝置運行準確，可靠。

Hardware design and implementation of new intelligent electric valve actuator XI Peigang XIE Jianying CHEN Yingling Shanghai jiaotong University Automation Department Shanghai 200030 【Abstract】The paper describes design of the intelligent electric valve actuator, which sets AT89C5131 as core and associate with relative function chips. Compared with traditional electric valve actuator, the intelligent one has better malfunction handling and alarming mechanism, more friendly man-machine interface and more advanced bus communication ability. Detail introduction and analysis of the actuator’s structure, working principle, and the system design all can be found in this paper, especially the performance of AT89C5131, highly reliable phase measure and protection digital circuit and practical peripheral circuit of pressure sensor. In addition, the actuator’s performance has been tested by simulating a series of functions such as data collection, data display, data communication, anti-disturbing and malfunction alarm. These tests proved the intelligent electric valve actuator has accurate respond and is of high reliability.
