為了滿足我國制造業(yè)重新崛起的需要，對(duì)數(shù)控加工設(shè)備提供網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控和故障診斷服務(wù)，則需要把數(shù)控設(shè)備的工況信息數(shù)字化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化，嵌入式機(jī)床信號(hào)采集分析系統(tǒng)正是為此而設(shè)計(jì)的平臺(tái)。系統(tǒng)以ARM 和DSP 為核心處理器，其中ARM 主要實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊的功能，DSP 主要完成高速數(shù)據(jù)采集和高密度的信號(hào)處理。實(shí)踐證明，系統(tǒng)能高效完成高速信號(hào)采集、高密度信號(hào)處理、實(shí)時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸及控制，這必將進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)在制造業(yè)中的廣泛應(yīng)用。

The Design of an Embeded Networked Machine tool’s Signal Acquisition and Analysis System （Beijing University of Technology）TAN,Yan-lei ZHANG,Hui-hui Abstract:To adapt the growing up of the manufacturing and provide the service of internet-monitor and malfunction-diagnoses for numerical control equipments, the information of numerical control equipments should be numbered and networked. The embeded networked machine tool signal acquisition and analysis system is just the platform for this purpose. The kernel processor of the system is ARM and DSP. The ARM’s main part is to realize the internet transportation and the task of DSP is to fulfil the high-speed data acquisition and high-density signal analysis. Practice proves that this system can efficiently complete the function of high-speed data acquisition、high-density signal analysis and real-time internet transportation, which can widely promote the application of the information and internet technology in the manufacturing.
