工業(yè)控制組態(tài)軟件可靠性高、使用方便、技術先進。將組態(tài)軟件運用到油田監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)
中，實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)組態(tài)、設計數(shù)據(jù)庫、開發(fā)圖形界面和人機接口，完成實時系統(tǒng)與信息系統(tǒng)的集成。系統(tǒng)發(fā)布后，以Web 方式為用戶提供操作平臺。后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫中的采樣數(shù)據(jù)，通過OPC技術，完成與實時數(shù)據(jù)庫的交換。參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)通過動畫界面實時顯示，系統(tǒng)提供參數(shù)的實時/歷史趨勢曲線、顯示報警窗口、自動生成數(shù)據(jù)報表。實踐表明：它為監(jiān)測和管理油田工業(yè)現(xiàn)場設備提供了一種新途徑，提高了生產的效率和安全性。

Configurable Software in the Application of the Management Information System of Production Monitoring of Oil Field ZhaoYun-feng1,LiuWan-jun2 （1.Liao Ning Technical University,Fuxin,123000,China; 2. Liao Ning Technical University,Fuxin,123000,China）
Abstract: The reliability of the industry control configurable software is high, and it is easy
to operate, with advancing technology. The configuration software is applied to the
supervisory control system in the oil field, implementing the configuration of the system,
database of designing, developing the figure interface and man-machine interface, so that
it can integrate real-time system and information system. When system is issued, it will
offer operating platform to user by way of Web. The sample data in backstage supporting
database, through OPC technology, finishes the exchange with the real-time database.
Data is showed by cartoon interface in real time, and the system offer the real-time and
historical trend curve of the parameter and warning window and data report automatically.
It have offered a kind of new way for monitoring and managing the on-the-spot equipment
of oil field industry, and it will improve efficiency and security of production.
