1、樣機(jī)介紹
該測試報(bào)告是基于一個(gè)能適用于寬輸入電壓范圍,輸出功率18W,恒壓輸出的工程樣機(jī),控制IC采用了本公司的TT6267SK。

TT6267SK_12V1.5A 工程樣機(jī)示意圖
該樣機(jī)大小62.6mm×33.7mm,AC264V輸入待機(jī)功耗<100mW,平均效率>85.5%,整機(jī)(含套件外殼)可滿足40℃環(huán)境溫度滿載溫升測試要求。樣機(jī)具良好的恒流輸出效果;同時(shí)具有“軟啟動(dòng)、OCP、SCP、OTP、OVP自動(dòng)恢復(fù)”等多種保護(hù)功能。樣機(jī)的變壓器,采用了EE19加寬磁芯(PC40材質(zhì))。
TT6267SK 芯片特性:
● TT6267SK 內(nèi)置650V高壓功率MOSFET,反激式原邊檢測PWM 功率開關(guān);
● SOP8 封裝,一側(cè)引腳(5-8)全為內(nèi)置MOS漏極,方便散熱設(shè)計(jì);
● 內(nèi)置軟啟動(dòng),減小MOSFET 的應(yīng)力,內(nèi)置斜坡補(bǔ)償電路;
● 低功耗以及良好的負(fù)載動(dòng)態(tài)特性;
● 具有良好的EMI 特性;
● 具有“軟啟動(dòng)、OCP、SCP、OTP、OVP”等多種保護(hù)功能;
● 原邊反饋,無需光耦和TL431,可調(diào)式線損補(bǔ)償,IC 基準(zhǔn)精度±1%;
● 電路結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、較少的外圍元器件,適用于小功率AC / DC 電源適配器、充電器。

6)初級(jí)繞組感量Lp:1.2mH±5%(測試條件:0.25V,1kHz);
7)漏感量LLK:要求控制在初級(jí)繞組的5%以內(nèi)(測試條件:0.25V,10kHz))
8)耐壓測試= 3KV 5mA 1Min

4、性能測評(píng)
本小節(jié)對(duì)工程樣機(jī)的輸入部分、輸出部分、各種保護(hù)以及一些時(shí)序進(jìn)行了測試,以下詳解了測試方法及結(jié)果。從測試結(jié)果來看,以下各項(xiàng)測試均合格,能夠滿足大部分客戶的要求。
4.1 輸入特性:
本模板經(jīng)過在不同的輸入電壓(從90VAC 到264VAC)和不同負(fù)載條件(空載和滿載)下測試,得到待機(jī)功耗、效率及平均效率。
