Hello， everyone！

2021年即將過去，2022年馬上到來，在此新舊交替之際，我希望與洲明的伙伴們一起為社會做一些力所能及的事情，讓新的一年有所不同。

2021 is nearly behind us， and 2022 will soon be upon us. At the turn of the year， I hope that we at Unilumin Group will work with our partners to contribute to society as far as our abilities permit and make a difference in the new year.

這些年，因為經營企業，我們走遍了全球各地，也經常深入廣大農村，常常看到一些令人觸動的現象。

In recent years， we have traveled on business all over the world as well as deep into the vast countryside of China， where we witnessed touching scenes.

與我們最相關的是路燈問題，隨著國家脫貧攻堅取得全面勝利，農民們都蓋上了新房子，過上好日子，他們從內心里感謝政府、感謝黨。但是在走訪的過程中我們發現，許多的鄉村道路還沒有安上路燈。可是人對光明的需求是一種剛需，有了光才能看見路，有了光才能免于內心恐懼。我們是一家LED光顯企業，點亮鄉村，這正是我們最擅長的部分。我心里一直在想，洲明人應該為此做些事情，最好的公益就應該從身邊的事情做起。如果每個洲明人都可以從點亮自己家鄉的鄉村道路開始，為家鄉做點實實在在的事情，該有多美好！

What concerns us most is the shortage of streetlamps in the countryside. With China’s overall victory over poverty alleviation， farmers have built new houses and live a better life. They are grateful to the government and the CPC from the bottom of their hearts. However， during our visit to the countryside， we found that many roads have not been equipped with streetlamps. As we all know， human demand for light is absolute. Only with light can we clearly see the way ahead and be freed from fear. As an LED light and display company， lighting up the countryside is what we are best at. I’ve been thinking that this is an area where we can contribute most. The best public welfare begins at home. How wonderful it would be if we could all help light up the roads of our hometowns！

另一個讓我觸動比較深的是農村的村醫問題：村里老百姓看病主要依仗的是村醫，村醫們都很敬業、任勞任怨地堅守崗位，但其醫術水平卻參差不齊、亟待提高！最近和一個公益組織交流，發現他們正在做一個“德技雙馨醫道”培訓的項目，每年只要投入一筆較少的費用（每個村醫幾千塊錢），就可以提升鄉村醫生的治療水平，從而守護整個村子里上百位男女老少的身體健康。只要幫助一個村醫，就能幫助一村子的人，我和洲明的伙伴們特別心動。

這也讓我想起自己童年的經歷，小時候我媽媽帶我很辛苦，鄉親們都說我“能夠活過來就算是奇跡”！兒提時代的我營養不良、體弱多病，感冒發燒是常事，生了病很難治好，很多時候睡覺只能半躺著，老咳嗽！那時候，得不到很好的治療，到醫生那里就得打針，即使打針吃藥也很難治好！打葡萄糖和抗生素成為常用的處方，后來每次看到針筒我就怕，找機會拔腿就跑，老媽也沒辦法，我就提一個條件——不打針我才去看醫生，直到現在我都記憶猶新。

Another thing that touched me deeply is the medical issue of village people in the countryside. Villagers rely mainly on village doctors. These village doctors are very dedicated and hard-working， but their professional proficiency needs to be improved. Recently， I talked with a public welfare organization and found that they are working on a training project stressing “medical ethics and proficiency”。 It takes a small amount of money every year （a few thousand CNY per village doctor） to train and improve the skills of village doctors， who in turn protect the health of hundreds of men， women and children in a village. When you help a village doctor， you help the people of a whole village. Our partners and I are particularly excited about this.

It also reminds me of my personal experience. When I was a child， my mother had a hard time raising me. The villagers said that it was a miracle I survived at all！ When I was a child， I was malnourished， weak and sick. I often caught a cold or had a fever. It was difficult to cure my illnesses. Since I coughed a lot I had to lie down with a special posture when I slept. Back then， you couldn’t get good treatment and tended instead to get an injection from the doctor. Even if you took the injections and medicines， it was difficult to be cured. Injections of glucose and antibiotics became common prescriptions. Later， every time I went to see the doctor， I was afraid and ran away when I found a chance. My mother couldn’t do anything about it. I made a condition： I would only see the doctor when I was sure that I would not get an injection. I still remember all this vividly to this day.

憶苦思甜，感恩社會給了洲明發展的大好機遇，今天在做好企業的同時，通過參與鄉村醫生的公益項目，為家鄉父老鄉親的身體健康做點貢獻，這是我們洲明人的榮幸。

Upon reflection， I am grateful to society for the opportunities I and my colleagues have been given. Today， while building a great company， it is our honor to contribute to the health of our fellow countrymen by participating in this public welfare project for village doctors.

除了“鄉村振興”和助醫，我們還可以做一些助學和助教的事情。如果提供一部分獎學金就能讓孩子們的笑容更加舒展，這是我們洲明人的幸福。在助教方面，我們更是有著天然的優勢，通過LED顯示大屏，可以為職業學校打造虛擬仿真課堂，可以為鄉村學校打造智慧教室，引入優秀教育資源賦能教師，幫助小孩生理心理健康成長。

In addition to “Rural Revitalization” and medical assistance， we can also contribute to education. For example， it is our pleasure to provide scholarships to students who are less well off. Moreover， through large LED display screens， we can create virtual simulation classrooms for vocational schools. Creating smart classrooms for rural schools and introducing excellent educational resources will empower teachers and help children grow up healthy in both body and spirit.

此外，我們還可以建農村書院，做公益大講堂，豐富農村的精神文化生活……對洲明人而言，擴大我們的愛，為社會做些力所能及的事情，這是除了做企業之外，另外一種特別的成就感。

Moreover， we can also build rural libraries and public welfare lecture halls to enrich spiritual and cultural life in rural areas. Here at Unilumin we get a special sense of achievement from spreading love doing what we can for society， quite apart from building a great company.

深圳市洲明公益基金會援建水柜（廣西河池市都安縣下坳鎮隆麻村）

在2017年的時候，我們萌發了公益的想法，申請成立了深圳市洲明公益基金會。這幾年，基金會陸陸續續做了一些微不足道的公益項目。由于缺乏經驗，在做公益的過程中我們也不夠專業化和系統化。但是我們越來越發現，還可以做很多長期主義的事情，也可以做得更專業、更高效、更有影響力。更重要的是，一批批洲明人身上已經煥發了公益的夢想。

In 2017， we first had the idea of contributing to public welfare and applied for the establishment of Shenzhen Unilumin Public Welfare Foundation. Since then， the Foundation has worked on a few projects. Due to lack of experience， our performance in public welfare was not yet professional and systematic. However， we are increasingly finding that we can also do a lot more long-term， influential projects more professionally and efficiently. More importantly， some of us at Unilumin are now dedicated to the dream of public welfare.

我逐漸意識到，唯有把洲明公益基金會變成一個實現洲明人公益夢想的平臺和孵化器，才能真正把基金會做好。出于這個樸素的考慮，我決定將個人持有的洲明科技一千一百萬股（根據交割日當日成交價，估值為近億元人民幣），以股權捐贈的方式，無償捐贈給深圳市洲明公益基金會，以充實現有資本金，從而帶動更多的洲明人一起做公益。未來，洲明公益基金會將聚焦在“鄉村振興、助醫，助學和助教”等四大領域積極投入，創新探索洲明人可持續發展的公益模式。

I gradually realized that only by turning Unilumin Public Welfare Foundation into a platform and incubator to realize our staff’s public welfare dreams can I really do a good job with the Foundation. For this one simple reason， I decided to donate 11 million shares of Unilumin Group （valued at nearly CNY 100 million according to the transaction price on the delivery date） to Shenzhen Unilumin Public Welfare Foundation in order to strengthen its capital.

I hope more of our staff at Unilumin will participate in public welfare. In the future， the Foundation will focus on the four major fields of “rural revitalization， medical assistance， student aid， and teaching assistance.” It will continue to actively invest in innovating an dexploring the sustainable charity model of our company.

洲明公益基金會捐資助學

公益不是單純幫助他人，而是實現人生意義的互動。公益對于一個人內心的滋養，某種程度就像光對于生命一樣。我們從事的是光的事業，因為有“光”，所以世界才“顯”示色彩；因為有光，生命才鮮活亮麗。

Charity is not only about helping others， but is also a human interaction that helps us realize the meaning of life. Charity nourishes one’s mind to some extent， just as light nourishes life. We are engaged in the business of light. When there is light， the world displays colors; when there is light， life becomes vivid and beautiful.

激發全員心中的愛，讓洲明人全體同仁一起做公益，一起回饋社會，這正是我此次捐贈一千萬股權的初心。

To inspire love in the hearts of all staff， let all Unilumin colleagues participate in public welfare and give back to society together. It was thoughts which prompted me to donate 10 million shares at this time.

我想說，今天的洲明取得了一點點兒成績，首先要感恩國家改革開放的政策、中華民族偉大復興的大時代，以及社會大眾和所有客戶的支持，也應當歸功于全體洲明人的艱苦奮斗和團結一致。因而，此次捐贈是洲明人的善行，我只是一個代表。我很感恩，這一決定得到了洲明全體高管的支持，因為這是我們共同的初心！為國家的共同富裕盡一些綿薄之力，也是洲明踐行企業社會責任的必然選擇！

I would like to say that for what we have achieved so far， we should be grateful for the national policy of reform and opening up， the great era of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation， and the support of the public and all customers. We also owe it to the hard work and unity of all our staff. Therefore， this donation is a good deed made by all our staff， of which I am just a representative. I am grateful that this decision has been supported by all the executives of our company， making this our shared intention from the start. Practicing corporate social responsibility by contributing some modest efforts toward the common prosperity of the country is the best choice for Unilumin.

作為洲明人，首要責任當然是辦好企業，帶領企業勇于創新、追求卓越，為社會和客戶提供滿意的產品與服務。

As staff at Unilumin， our primary responsibility is certainly to build a great company， lead the company to innovate， pursue excellence， and provide satisfactory products and services for the society and our customers.

在辦好企業的同時，洲明人將繼續踐行“顯示光彩世界，照明幸福生活”的使命，讓“一屏一世界，一燈一芳華”的光顯事業發揚光大，讓每個洲明人都可以為世界變得美好奉上自己一份微薄的力量。

While building a great company， we shall continue to carry out the mission of “showing a glorious world and lighting a happy life.” We shall carryon the light display cause of “ one screen， one world， one lamp and one youth.” That way， we can all make our modest contribution to making the world a better place.
