摘要:根據生物制品類企業的電力能源使用特點,制定了符合公司實際情況的能源管理系統,介紹了該系統的架構及其在企業的應用情況,提升了公司能源數據的實時監控能力,優化了公司能源分配,降低了公司電力能源消耗,有針對性地解決了公司生產活動中的能源損耗問題。

0引言Introduction

能源是推動人類經濟發展的重要物質資料。生物類企業對能源進行科學合理的測量和監控對于其生產的制品質量起關鍵性作用。生物制藥企業在生產制品時要求設備不間斷工作,而持續不斷地提供能源是實現該條件的基本要求。企業根據生產經營特點,加強能源監管,制定合理的能源管理體系,既可以提升生產效率,又可以降低生產成本,使企業在市場上具備更強的競爭力。

企業能源管理系統由在線監測數據采集系統、能源數據傳輸系統、能源運行監管系統、能效分析管理系統等構成。

隨著我公司一、二、三級能源計量設備的逐步完善,對能源數據的實效性和準確性有了更高的要求,人工抄表方式已不能滿足上述要求。為了實現數據實時化、準確化管理,就要采用技術先進、精度高、可靠性好的智能采集設備代替傳統人工作業。

我公司供電性質為負荷企業,中心配電室為雙回路供電。車間采用電子式電能計量表對電能進行計量,能夠提供高精度的三相電壓、電流和功率等基本測量數據,具有復費率計算、需量計算、諧波計算等多種功能;采用便于功能擴展的模塊化設計和易于讀取數據的大屏幕顯示。車間根據裝配電能表的數量,通過選擇16端口、8端口、4端口智能數據采集器來滿足需求。采集器作為計量設備與控制主機之間的橋梁,其規約轉換功能能夠代替前置機選擇不同的采集規約,實時采集各種智能設備的數據信息,實現信息的匯總及處理。

2.3網絡通信功能Network communication function

能源監控系統采用總線、RS485通信線、以太網線、光纖等多種通信方式。該系統可兼容其他通信設備,通過監控大屏實時顯示能源系統的運行狀態和在線運行參數。根據與項目相關的能源監控需求,每個能源子系統圖可以根據需求或實際運行條件進行修改和配置,系統將根據修改后的條件實時反映運行參數。

3.1能源管理系統功能Energy management system functions

(3)所有報表支持手動生成和定期自動生成及郵件分發。

(4)所有系統報表均可支持辦公自動化軟件(Excel)。

(2)用能設備信息管理。系統可以按照設備用能屬性,實現設備的分類管理;可以監控用能設備的運行狀態及關鍵參數,建立設備資產管理和維護管理文件;對設備的歷史維護記錄和維護計劃進行在線管理,使得生產過程安全、穩定。

(2)權限管理。系統登陸需通過用戶密碼和權限驗證,并對所有操作事件進行記錄。支持分級授權機制,不同管理權限人員可根據系統設定進行分級訪問。

(3)日志管理。系統記錄/查詢用戶的各項操作、報警信息等,記錄/查詢自身運行過程中的錯誤、診斷日志信息。

4.2.1可視化展示 Visual presentation

展示企業各類能耗總量、折標值、能源成本、能源消耗趨勢、分項能耗占比、區域能源消耗對比,以及當前天氣情況、污染情況,并三維展示企業重要工藝或工段的能源消耗動態。

5結束語Conclusion
