本文介紹一種實(shí)用的降壓型開(kāi)關(guān)電源LM2575系列電路,該開(kāi)關(guān)電源是一種五端器件,采用TO-220封裝,如圖1所示;典型應(yīng)用電路如圖2所示,其特點(diǎn)是:(1)輸入電源變化范圍寬,這是模擬式電源無(wú)法相比的(模擬式電源輸入電壓變化很大時(shí),必須換電壓擋輸入)。(2)工作時(shí)自身功耗?。辉趯挿秶斎腚妷汗ぷ鲿r(shí),只需加適當(dāng)散熱片,即可正常工作。(3)電路工作模式簡(jiǎn)單,按圖2元器件安裝,只要電路無(wú)誤,一裝即成。LM2575-ADJ為可調(diào)電壓輸出;LM2575NV系列可輸出負(fù)電壓,如圖3所示。
