本文介紹了一種基于NextMoveES 運動控制卡，由CAN 和RS-485 總線作為傳輸路徑的步進電機群控系統的硬件和軟件設計。本系統充分利用了CAN 和RS-485 總線的優點，實現了步進電機的遠距離群控系統。同時由于NextMoveES 控制卡本身的DSP 和FPGA 芯片，提高了該系統的實時處理。該控制系統具有簡單、可靠、性價比高的特點，有重要的參考價值.

Abstract：The paper introduced the hardware and the software designed of the step-motor’
group control system based on NextMoveES Motion Control Card ,and CAN and RS-485 bus as the system’transmission line. The system made the best use of the merit of the CAN and RS-485 bus to realize the distance group control of step-motor. At the same time because of
NextMoveES’chip-DSP and FPGA，the real-time manage is enhanced．The control system
possesses the characteristics such as the structure is simple and the reliability is high and the
cost performance is high ect．So it has important reference value．
