TMP422-Q1 符合 AEC-Q100 標準的汽車類 2 通道遠程溫度傳感器

描述

TMP421-Q1，TMP422-Q1和TMP423-Q1器件分別為內置本地溫度傳感器的單通道，雙通道和三通道汽車類遠程溫度傳感器監視器。遠程溫度傳感器二極管連接的晶體管通常為低成本NPN或PNP型晶體管或二極管，它們都是微控制器，微處理器或現場可編程門陣列（FPGA）的組成部件。

< p>針對多個器件制造商的遠程精度均為±1°C，無需校準。兩線制串口可接受SMBus寫字節，讀字節，發送字節和接收字節命令來配置器件。

TMP421-Q1，TMP422-Q1和TMP423-Q1包括串聯電阻抵消，可編程非理想因子，寬范圍遠程溫度測量
（高達+ 150°C）以及二極管故障檢測。

TMP421-Q1，TMP422-Q1和TMP423-Q1采用8引腳小外形尺寸晶體管（SOT）-23封裝。
