數(shù)據(jù)： 采用 1.5mm × 1.5mm QFN 封裝且具有 1% 輸出精度的 TPS6282x 2A 或 3A 降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器 數(shù)據(jù)表
TPS6282x是一款易于使用的通用型同步降壓直流/直流轉(zhuǎn)換器，具有僅4μA的極低靜態(tài)電流。此系列器件具有2.4 V至5.5V的輸入電壓，可提供高達(dá)3A的輸出電流（TPS62826）。該系列器件可基于DCS-Control?拓?fù)涮峁┛焖偎矐B(tài)響應(yīng)。
由于具有內(nèi)部基準(zhǔn)，該系列產(chǎn)品可在-40°C至125°C的結(jié)溫范圍內(nèi)以高達(dá)1％的反饋電壓精度將輸出電壓調(diào)節(jié)到低至0.6V。整個(gè)引腳對(duì)引腳器件系列可與470nH的小型電感器結(jié)合使用并且可實(shí)現(xiàn)BOM對(duì)BOM兼容。
TPS6282x可在超輕負(fù)載時(shí)自動(dòng)進(jìn)入省電模式，并保持高效率。該器件具有電源正常信號(hào)和內(nèi)部軟啟動(dòng)電路。它能夠以100％模式運(yùn)行。在故障保護(hù)方面，它加入了斷續(xù)電流限制以及熱關(guān)斷功能。該系列器件可提供6引腳1.5 x 1.5mm QFN封裝。
