TPS53311提供完全集成的3 V至5 VV IN 集成同步FET轉換器解決方案,總共16個組件, PCB面積為200 mm 2 。由于低R DS(on)和TI專有SmoothPWM?跳過操作模式,它可實現95.5%的峰值效率,并且在負載輕至100 mA時效率超過90%。它只需要兩個22μF陶瓷輸出電容,用于功率密集的3A解決方案。
