TPS56121是一款工作電源電壓在4.5 V與14 V之間的高效率大電流同步降壓轉換器。該器件可在高達15 A的負載下產生低至0.6 V的輸出電壓。集成型NexFET功率MOSFET可帶來小型化與易用性優勢。
該器件可通過電壓前饋補償實施電壓模式控制,能夠在輸入電壓變化時立即做出響應。
TPS56121采用熱增強型22-引PQFN(DQP)PowerPAD封裝。
該器件支持高度的設計靈活性,可提供OCP級可以通過由ILIM引腳連接至電路接地的單個外部電阻器進行編程。中,該器件可進入校準環節,測量ILIM引腳電壓,并設置內部l OCP電壓級。在工作中,可在通電時通過將可編程OCP電壓級與整個低側FET的電壓壓降進行比較來判斷是否為過流狀況。然后,其可在消除故障后進入關斷/重啟環節。
