描述

TPS6267x器件是針對小型電池供電應用而優化的高頻同步降壓DC-DC轉換器。 TPS6267x專為低功耗應用而設計，可支持高達650 mA的負載電流，并允許使用低成本芯片電感和電容。

具有2.3V至4.8V的寬輸入電壓范圍，該器件支持由具有擴展電壓范圍的鋰離子電池供電的應用。不同的固定電壓輸出版本可在1.05V至2.1V之間使用。 TPS6267x以6 MHz的穩定開關頻率工作，并在輕負載電流下進入省電模式，以在整個負載電流范圍內保持高效率。

PFM模式通過在輕負載操作期間將靜態電流降至17μA（典型值）來延長電池壽命。對于噪聲敏感應用，該器件具有PWM擴頻能力，可提供較低的噪聲調節輸出，以及輸入端的低噪聲。這些特性與高PSRR和交流負載調節性能相結合，使該器件適合替代線性穩壓器，以獲得更好的功率轉換效率。
