TPS6208x器件是高頻同步降壓轉換器系列產品。該器件的輸入電壓范圍為2.3V至6V,支持常用電池技術。此外,該器件可用于低電壓系統電源軌。
TPS6208x專注于在寬輸出電流范圍下實現高效降壓轉換。該轉換器在中等程度的負載到高負載時運行于脈寬調制( PWM)模式,并在輕負載電流條件下自動進入省電模式運行,從而在整個負載電流范圍內保持高效率。為了在超低負載或無負載電流下保持高效率運行,該器件采用具有超低靜態電流的貪睡模式。該功能通過MODE引腳使能,可延長增加電池驅動應用的運行時間,同時保持最低待機電流,以滿足針對低待機電流的綠色能源標準。
為了滿足系統電源軌需求,內部補償電路支持使用高于100μF的外部輸出電容。憑借DCS-Control架構,可實現出色的負載瞬態性能和輸出電壓調節精度。該器件采用帶有散熱焊盤的2mm x 2mm WSON封裝。
