      描述

      TPS62088器件是一款高頻同步降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器，經(jīng)優(yōu)化具有小解決方案尺寸和高效率等特性。該器件的輸入電壓范圍對(duì)于2.4V至5.5V，該轉(zhuǎn)換器在中等程度的負(fù)載到高負(fù)載時(shí)運(yùn)行于脈寬調(diào)制（PWM）模式，并在輕負(fù)載時(shí)自動(dòng)進(jìn)入省電模式運(yùn)行，從而在整個(gè)負(fù)載電流范圍內(nèi)保持高效率.4MHz的開(kāi)關(guān)頻率允許TPS62088使用小型外部組件。憑借其所有的DCS-control架構(gòu)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)出色的負(fù)載瞬態(tài)性能和輸出電壓調(diào)節(jié)精度。其他特性還具有過(guò)流保護(hù)，熱關(guān)斷保護(hù)，有源輸出放電和電源良好指示等其他特性。該器件采用6引腳WCSP封裝。
